iPad App Review: Paper Toss 2

If you got a lot of time on your hand, here's an entertaining iPad app that will take away your sheer boredom. Paper Toss 2 is one of those addicting games that is silly, yet fun.

We've all done it to make the day at work a little more less mundane.

We crumple up a piece of paper, and take a shot at the garbage can in our cubicle. If we make it, its a moral victory. However, if we lose, we face disgrace and have to get out of chair, pick up said wad of paper, and then slam dunk it in defiance. Well paper tossing fans, there's no reason to pick up missed shots anymore - you can do it virtually.

Paper Toss 2 recreates your office environment by placing a virtual can in your cubicle and letting you hurl a virtual wad of paper like Michael Jordan. But there's a catch. You have to factor in wind speed from the office fans and their direction.

The game comes in six different scenes:

1. Cubicle - The classic environment.
2. Intern - Throw at a moving intern
3. Warehouse - Throw between the aisles of a warehouse
4. Easy - Throw across the cubicle aisle
5. Medium - Throw from one corner of your cubicle to the other
6. Hard - Throw to the water cooler way over there!

As you make your shots into the can, you score paper points which can be used to buy new types of objects to throw like tomatoes, bananas, and the ultimate Padge Ragdoll. Power ups will get you a bigger size basket all the way to multiplier boosts.

The whole thing is a hoot and pretty fun to play especially if you want to reach the higher levels of virtual paper throwing. Yes, its a fun way to kill some time for those with a lot of it on their hands.

Paper Toss 2 is ad driven which at times can be annoying. But if you want to remove the ads, you can fork up a mere $0.99 cents which is such a small price to pay for entertainment. You can also support the developer by buying paper points to throw different items and increase your power ups.
