We've stayed at three hotels in Las Vegas

Luxor, MGM Grand, and Mirage.

Best place for value was the Luxor. A little more pricey is Mirage. MGM Grand is just huge and walking to your room is a chore. I'd say out of the three of them, I'd rather stay at Luxor.
