I want to customize my Twitter profile. Is there a way to change my Twitter layout to be totally customized? The default layout is so boring and the other Twitter layouts they have available aren't much better.

Twitter Layouts
There are sites out there though that have Twitter Backgrounds for you to upload to Twitter, and also have the color codes which change the colors of your whole profile. So its kind of like a layout.

I remember an article Kerry wrote somewhere on here. Search on KoW! using "Twitter backgrounds" and there is an article on it somewhere.

There are no Twitter layouts other than the default layouts that they provide. You have the ability to change the background and colors. But for the most part the layout is fixed.
