Twitter just added the "Who To Follow" block in the sidebar for all Twitter users. Early reaction is that some like it, and most don't.

Today I was registering with Twitter and a screen came up asking for my email address AND email password. Apparently they wanted to access my email address book so that they could find out if my friends are on Twitter.
