Anyone Have A Good Lasagna Recipe?

Girlfriend coming over for Valentine's and I want to impress her. If anyone has a recipe of lasagna (she loves Italian food) would you share? Thank you!

Mmmm that lasagna recipe I have to try

I like putting 2 cups of cottage cheese in mine to thicken it. A little bit of thyme too.

My homemade lasagna recipe

Ingredients

  • A box of lasagna noodles
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pound grated mozarella cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 64 ounces of tomato sauce

Directions

  • Boil lasagna noodles
  • Cook ground beef and remove the grease
  • Stir in basil, oregano and tomato sauce
  • Add sprinkles of salt, pepper
  • With a large baking dish, place noodles on bottom
  • Spread the sauce onto the top of the lasagna noodles
  • Top with mozarella and cheddar cheese
  • Place in oven at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
