Best Place To Dine In Silicon Valley?

I'm visiting Silicon Valley next week on a business trip and am looking for some great places to dine for dinner. Any recommendations?

Original Joes is an old landmark and the have great meats. I miss that seafood place on West San Carlos taken over by apartment complex - forget the name.

Tandoori Oven in the Pruneyard is good for Indian food. I also like Paolo's - expensive but a treat.
