Teenage pop superstar Chris Brown was arrested in Los Angeles tonight. He was booked on felony battery charges upon an unidentified female victim. The incident happened before the airing of the 2009 Grammy awards tonight. Speculation is that this was female singer and girlfriend Rihanna.
Both Chris Brown and Rihanna cancelled their live Grammy performances Sunday.
Brown's court date is set for March 5th at the Los Angeles Municipal Court according to filed records at the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department.
According to LAPD, a woman was injured with visible injuries and identified Chris Brown as the attacker. When police arrived, Brown was nowhere in sight. He later turned himself in and posted $50,000 bail.

I was waiting for them to do their thing all night. This just seems out of character for both of them because they seem like nice people.
But its hard to ignore that Chris Brown wasn't on the scene and Rihanna is supposedly bruised.
The fact that Chris Brown turned himself in says a lot
He couldn't run and admitted guilt. It was likely a domestic dispute with Rihanna. Word has it her face is bruised which is felony battery. I'd say the guy blew it big time and ruined his career if found guilty.
He was cheating on Rihanna
And got caught! Now he will spend time behind bars never being able to sing one note. Well, maybe when he bends over among the boys.

He grew up in a violent home as his stepfather didnt get along with his mom. I guess it just all starts there, from a dysfunctional family. Its sad because he is a really good singer and performer.

If she found out or even felt Chris was cheating on her she was stupid to continue to go on with the relationship. Not only is that immature, its insecure.
I'm sick of all of this. Seeing all these so called hip hop superstars taking each one's side just to get some play on the action it brings in the media. Blood sucking leeches they are. No wonder the music industry has deteriorated to the state that its in.
I'd rather listen to the snow on television at 4AM.
