Forbes Wealthiest report came out today and the list has a new person as numero uno. Telmex owner Carlos Slim Helu has been dethroned after losing more than $25 billion dollars. So who's the new wealthiest person in the world?
Bill Gates, thats who. Although Gates lost over $18 billion, he over took the likes of Helu and even his good friend Warren Buffet.
Forbes reports that there were 1125 billionaires in the world last year but 373 are no longer on the world wealthiest list as fortunes evaporated on the heels of the worst financial crisis in history.
