Hooked on Twitter? Don't understand what the big deal is? Twitter isn't about just sending 140 character mini messages. Its about a huge database of information capable of being context searched. Here is a list of Twitter websites that take this information and make something useful of it.

Wall Street Journal reported today that Twitter is going to be offering paid accounts for Twitter. No word on when this will be made available but this is the start of Twitter's push to monetize their service. But just what is a Twitter pro? And what features would be part of that type of user? What is Twitter? I don't think anyone can really put a label on it. In one form its a communication platform, in another its a means for shameless self promotion. But one thing is for certain, too much of something is just not good. Let me explain.

There's a lot of buzz going on in the Internet that the current form of messaging is going to be replaced with a lightweight form of email. Social networking sites like Twitter, Facebook and FriendFeed have seen their users increase communication usage by using small, micro-blogging status updates to inform their circle of friends.
