A Simple Twenty Minute Exercise

Admit it. You don't get out to the gym enough as you want to and are making excuses not to go. Whether its the poor weather or you are just being lazy we all have down times. But whether you realize it or not, stopping your exercise regimen will only cause more laziness in the long run. Here's a simple 20 minute workout you can get in that anyone can do.

You don't need expensive equipment or even a large area in your home or apartment to workout in. You need just a 8 foot by 8 foot area available. Find that space and use it whether its the living, family, bedroom or den.

Exercise Equipment

Now that you have found it, gather up the following items for your workout. If you don't have a certain item, skip it but it is recommended you have it available for future workouts:

  • Excercise mat
  • 5 pound weights
  • Air ball
  • Jumping rope
  • Ankle weights

Exercises

In less than 20 minutes you can get a decent workout. Grab a bottle of water and keep it handy. Then do the following exercise regimen:

  • 20 sit ups
  • 20 jumping jacks
  • 10 pushups
  • 10 reps each hand doing arm curls using 5 pound weights
  • 20 rotations on the jumping rope
  • Back exercises on the air ball
  • 10 leg lifts each side with ankle weights

Now that wasn't so hard, was it?
