Anyone who likes the flavor in Thai pad will love this yummy recipe. If you a busy person and don't have time to cook dinner after you get home, grab a crock pot and save yourself some time.
I just love the taste of good beef thai and am sharing this for those mom's who work at the office and are exhausted by the time they get home.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces Thai peanut sauce
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 2 pounds of beef flank steak
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Instructions
- Cut up flank steak into small bite size pieces
- Place steak and carrots into crock pot
- Pour Thai peanut sauce and mix into crock pot
- Pour soy sauce into crock pot
- Cook on low setting for 8-9 hours
- Put chopped roasted peanuts on top and let warm
- Serves 4-5 people

I tried this tonight and it was good!
Thanks for this recipe. This morning I went to the supermarket and gathered all the ingredients and prepped it before going to work.
Turned on the crock pot and let it cook. When family came home I didn't have to do a thing which is a relief because I was so tired. The family loved it!
