Shepherd's Pie Recipe

Here's an easy to make Sherpherd's pie recipe for busy moms. Its enough to serve 6 people and is cheap to make.

Just follow directions and bake for 15 minutes. Easy to clean up too!

Ingredients

• 1 can corn
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
• 1 1/2 pound hamburger
• 18 ounces of frozen mashed potatoes or 8 potatoes

Instructions

• Boil the potatoes if needed or thaw frozen potatoes
• Mash potatoes and add butter
• Cook hamburger and drain fat
• Spread mashed potatoes evenly on a casserole dish
• Spoon hamburger on top of mashed potatoes
• Mix canned corn with hamburger
• Top hamburger with cheddar cheese
• Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degees F
