Here's my quick fruit smoothie recipe! Follow these directions to make a thick frosty smoothie that is healthy, natural, and easy to make. Serves 2-3 people and I'm sure you will love it!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces bag frozen mango slices (Trader Joes)
- 1 ripe banana
- 3/4 cup concentrated orange juice
- 3/4 cup Kern's strawberry banana juice
- 1 cup plain yogurt
Instructions
- Place frozen mango slices in a blender
- Pour Kerns juice into blender
- Pour orange juice into blender
- Pour yogurt into blender
- Blend all ingredients until thick
The beauty of this is that you don't have to use any ice and mess up your blades! The frozen mango serves very well as the ice thickener. There is no watery taste. Everything is all natural ingredients and healthy too.
