Here's my quick recipe for making tuna noodle casserole. This should take you no more than 30 minutes to make from start to finish and is a real time saver.
Ingredients
- 1 package egg noodles
- 1/4 onion chopped
- 2 10 ounce cans of cream of mushroom soup
- 2 6 ounce cans of tuna
- 1 celery chopped
- 1 can drained peas
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Cooking Instructions
- Boil the egg noodles in a pot
- Add chopped celery, and onion
- Add 1 can of peas drained
- Drain water from the egg noodles
- Mix in drained tuna thoroughly to noodles
- Transfer everything to a casserole dish
- Add cheddar, mozzarella cheese
- Bake at 375 degrees
Serves 3-4 people.
