Here is my recipe for freshly baked salmon fillets. I like to serve this with a nice Caesar salad, cheesy garlic bread, and a nice glass of red wine to round it off.
Ingredients
- Three skinned and boned salmon fillets
- Best foods mayonnaise
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Lemon juice
Cooking Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees
- Place salmon fillets in a deep pan
- With a spoon, cover fillets with mayonnaise
- Add a touch of onion and garlic powder just enough to bring out the flavor
- Sprinkle fillet lightly with paprika
- Squeeze a small lemon over the salmon
- Bake for 15 mniutes
This serves 3 people.
