Lindsay Lohan To Be Placed In Jail

It seems that Lindsay Lohan's trials and tribulations just won't end. Today in a Los Angeles courtroom, more drama unfolded as Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail. The actress was determined to be in violation of her probation and failed going to classes for a DUI in 2007.

In court today, judge Marsha Revel scolded Ms. Lohan and said:

"It’s like someone who cheats but doesn’t think it’s cheating if they don’t get caught".

Steve Withmore, a spokesman for the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department said that due to budget problems most nonviolent female inmates were only serving about 10 percent of their sentences. Although she was give a 90 day sentence she can do a minimal 25% of her stay in cases of her kind.

Word of her sentence was entertained around the world. Twitterers reaction were mixed:

And finally, Andy Roddick, the professional tennis player said in jest:

"how is lindsay lohan ever gonna find a good woman when she is jail? wait....... this might just work out"
